How Onboarding Works

No IT department required. We walk you through it.

Step 01
Create Your Account
Register at terrasoft.dev/admin with your email and a password. You'll get a verification link — click it and you're in.
Step 02
Purchase a License
Pick a plan on the pricing page and purchase a license for each farm. Licenses are billed monthly and pool your event allowance across your whole operation.
Step 03
Connect Your Farm
In TerraLink Admin, enter your METRC license number and user API key. Add your workers — each one sets their own PIN the first time they log in.
Step 04
Download and Go
Install TerraLink on any Windows 10 or 11 PC at the farm. Your crew logs in and they're ready to record packages, transfers, and harvests — no browser, no METRC login required.

TerraLink is built for professional cannabis operations. Here's what you need to get the most out of it.

Windows PC
TerraLink runs as a desktop application on Windows. Any modern Windows 10 or 11 machine will do.
1D/2D Barcode Scanner
Any USB or Bluetooth scanner capable of reading both 1D and 2D barcodes. Required for reading METRC package tags without manual entry.
Active METRC License
You'll need an active Oregon cannabis producer or processor license and your METRC user API key to connect TerraLink to your facility.
Scale with Data Output Recommended
A scale that can transmit weight data directly to a PC eliminates manual entry during harvest recording. Not required, but strongly recommended for high-volume operations.
